摘  要:判断SF_6电气设备故障大都是对其进行分解产物的离线检测,但难以尽早发现设备内部的潜在隐患。文章通过分析发生故障时GIS中SF_6分解产物的特点,研制了一套基于光声光谱原理的SF_6分解产物在线监测系统,分别从检测原理、全封闭循环在线取样系统等方面,详细阐述了该系统在设计过程中用到的关键技术。首次实现基于光声光谱原理的SF_6分解产物在线监测的应用;设计了全封闭循环在线取样系统,实现了SF_6循环动态在线取样以及监测过程中的无泄漏、无排放。该系统目前已在变电站成功应用,并实时监测设备中SF_6分解产物的含量及变化趋势,对及时发现设备的潜伏性故障或缺陷意义重大。The off-line detection of the decomposition products could judge the faults of the SF6 electrical equipment. But it is difficult to find the potential faults in the equipment as soon as possible. The paper develops a set of SF6 decomposition products online monitoring system based on the principle of photoa- coustic spectroscopy by the analysis of the decomposition product characteristics when faults occur. It explains the key technology of the system used in the design process in detail, including the aspects of the detection principle and the full closed circulating online sampling system. It realizes the online monitoring application of SF6 decomposition products based on the principle of photoacoustic spectroscopy for the first time, designs a full closed circulating online sampling system, and realizes the circulating online sam- piing of SF6, no leakage and no emissions in the monitoring process. The system has been successfully applied in the transformer substation and has monitored the SF6 decomposition product content and trends in real time. It is of great significance on the timely discovery of the potential failures or faults of the equipments.
