摘 要:文章对某660MW超临界锅炉运行情况进行分析,指出锅炉设计、煤质不佳、混煤策略不合理、煤粉细度不合格和燃烧控制参数不合理是造成飞灰含碳量升高主要原因。利用高温热天平对典型煤质进行燃烧特性试验,结合锅炉设计特点制定了优化混煤策略、提高烟煤比例、控制NO_x浓度、优化燃烧控制等治理措施,取得了明显的效果。This paper analyzes a 660MW supercritical boiler's operation, and points out that the mainly reasons of high unburned carbon are the boiler design, poor coal quality, unreasonable mixed coal poli- cy, unqualified coal fineness and unreasonable combustion control parameter. Combined high temperature heat balance for a typical coal quality combustion characteristics test results with boiler design features, several control measures like optimizing mixed coal strategy, improving the ratio of bituminous coal, con- trolling the concentration of NOx and optimizing combustion control are developed, which have already achieved significant results.
