摘  要:以某1 000 MW机组锅炉烟气系统为研究对象,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对电除尘器前后烟道流动和阻力特性进行了数值模拟,分析了烟气流量分布不均和管路阻力较大的原因,提出了除尘器前烟道采用三通道同时分流与导流板结合,除尘器后烟道采用缓转弯头和外削角急转弯头组合的优化方案,并对优化后除尘器前后烟道流动和阻力特性进行了模拟计算。结果表明:CFD计算结果与实际情况吻合较好,数值模拟结果可用于指导烟风管道的结构优化;优化后,除尘器前后烟道内涡流和偏流区域减小,除尘器的各分支烟气流量均匀,管道阻力降低明显,节能效果显著。Taking the flue gas system in a 1 000 MW unit boiler as the research object,numerical simulation on flow behavior and resistance properties of the electrostatic precipitator inlet and outlet duct were carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The reasons for high pipe resistance and inlet flow misdistribution were investigated,and the structure optimization design scheme for the flue duct was put forward.Moreover,the flue flow and resistance characteristics of the flue duct before and after structure optimization was well calculated.It shows that the calculated results were in good agreement with the actual situation,indicating the numerical simulation was available for guiding structure optimization of smoke wind pipes.After optimization,the deflection of the air flow direction and the dust vortex was obviously decreased,the gas flow uniformity in each branch was improved,and the pipeline resistance was reduced.This pipeline optimization offers some references to the smoke duct structure design and energy saving of large power plants.
