摘 要:以某300 MW机组富氧燃烧锅炉四分仓回转式气气预热器为研究对象,运用模块化建模方法,建立了四分仓回转式气气预热器的仿真模型,并通过静态仿真计算和试验以及动态仿真试验,对四分仓回转式气气预热器的运行特性进行分析,以验证模型的静态精度和动态响应性能。结果表明:静态仿真计算和试验下,模型运算稳定,具有良好的静态精度;动态仿真试验下,模型具有良好的动态响应特性,可以满足仿真实时性的要求;流速试验结果与气体实际换热和流动机理分析一致,表明模型可以合理地反映四分仓回转式气气预热器的换热和流动特性。Taking a 300 MW unit oxy-coal fired boiler unit as the research object,the modular modeling method was employed to establish the simulation model for the quad-section rotary gas-gas preheater in this unit.Moreover,the operating characteristics of the quad-section rotary gas-gas preheater were analyzed by the static simulation calculation/test and the dynamic disturbance simulation tests to verify the static precision and dynamic response performance of the model.The results present that the model has stable operation and fine static precision with the static simulation calculation and test.The results of velocity test are consistent with the actual gas heat transfer and flow process mechanism analysis,which shows that model can reasonably present the heat transfer and flow process characteristics of the quad-section rotary gas-gas preheater.The dynamic disturbance simulation tests of coal feeder speed and burners swing level indicate that the model has fine dynamic response characteristics,which can meet the requirement of realtime simulation.However,the model can be used not only for simulation training,but also for the reference of the quad-section rotary gas-gas preheater design and operation optimization.
