摘 要:在小型固定床反应器上,分别研究了不同质量分数钾的钾盐对水洗水稻秸秆(稻秆)及其混聚乙烯(聚乙烯占40%)富氧共气化特性的影响;在800℃,氧气体积分数为40%的条件下,考察不同质量分数钾的稻杆及其混聚乙烯富氧气化产气瞬时释放体积分数、碳转化率及产气量。结果表明:钾促进了水洗稻秆及其混聚乙烯富氧气化产气中CO_2的生成,抑制了CO的生成,但对生成H_2和CH_4影响不大;水洗浸渍钾质量分数为3%溶液稻杆混和40%聚乙烯时,富氧共气化的碳转化率达到最大值;随着浸渍液钾质量分数增大,浸渍钾盐的水洗稻杆混聚乙烯富氧共气化的总产气量比不浸渍钾盐水洗稻秆混聚乙烯气化总产气量低。The effects of different volume fractions of potassium on co-gasification characteristics of washing rice straw(RS)and polyethylene(mass fraction of 40%)in oxygen-enriched atmosphere was experimentally investigated in a small fixed bed reactor.The gas instantaneous release concentration,carbon conversion rate and gas production of the washing RS and its mixture with polyethylene during oxygen-enriched gasification were analyzed at 800 ℃,under condition with oxygen concentration of 40%.The results indicate that,the potassium promoted the CO_2 generation but refrained CO formation during oxygen-enriched gasification of the washing RS and its mixture with polyethylene.However,it had little effect on H_2 and CH_4 formation.The carbon conversion rate of the washing RS mixed with polyethylene reached the highest after the washing RS was immersed in solution with potassium mass fraction of 3%and mixed with the polyethylene solution with mass faction of 40%.The carbon conversion rate decreased with an increase in the potassium mass fraction.The total gas production of the washing RS with alkali salt addition mixed with polyethylene was lower than that without alkali salt addition.
