摘  要:分析了"水十条"出台后火电企业面临的节水减排形势与压力,总结了过去30多年来取得的主要成就以及当前存在的问题和不足,对新形势下节水减排工作的困难及解决问题的关键环节进行了分析和阐述。结果表明:节水工作是复杂的系统工程,提高用水效率是核心问题;开展节水减排工作需要更新观念、提升管理、加快新技术的研发;建议采用新技术时,对其适用性、可靠性和经济性进行充分论证。Since the issuance of the new regulations, " The Action Plan for Prevention and Treatment of Water Pollution",the arduous objectives of thermal power enterprises are how to get further progress both in saving water and reducing wastewater discharge.This paper reviews the achievements in this field in the past 30 years,and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies.The key processes in overcoming these difficulties were also discussed.The analysis indicates that,saving water requires a rather complicated process of systematic engineering,and enhancing the water utilization efficiency is the crucial part.Even though there are immense difficulties for thermal power plants to initiate the water-saving process,which requires much higher cost,new ideas on water management,improving the managerial system and accelerating the innovations in order to meet the stricter requirements of water-saving in the aforementioned regulations.Adopting more scientific methods and advancing the technology in saving water makes it much easier to fulfill the objectives.
