论网络化传播背景下学术期刊发行量的计算问题

摘　　要：网络化和数字化传播已是当今学术期刊发行的主要渠道,这是技术发展和学者利用学术成果方式转变的必然结果,但严重挤压了传统纸质学术期刊发行的空间,导致纸本学木期刊发行量大幅快速回落,发行收入几近枯竭。纸本学术期刊发行量下降并不意味着我国学术期刊发行量下降,更不能说明我国学术期刊质量下滑了,只能证明网络化条件下,学术期刊的数字化传播和利用更能适应使用者变化了的学术文献使用习惯。对网络背景下的学术期刊数字化发行渠道进行了简单分析,探讨了数字化销售数量折算为传统纸本学术期刊的必要性及几种折算方法。Network based communication is the main distribution channel of academic journals,which is an inevitable result of technological development and the transformation of the ways scholars use academic achievements,but it seriously squeezes the issue space of the traditional paper-based academic journals,resulting in a substantial decline in the issue of paper-based academic journals,circulation revenue has almost withered.The paper points out that the decline of academic journals circulation does not mean the decline of academic journals circulation,it does not follow that the quality of our academic journals has declined in China.It can only prove that under network-based conditions,the digital dissemination and the use of academic journals can adapt to the users＇ change of habits in using academic literature.The paper conducts a brief analysis of the digital distribution channels of academic journals under the network background,and discusses the necessity and the conversion approach to the digital sales volume for the traditional paper-based academic periodicals.
