磷酸肌酸钠治疗缺血性心肌病左心功能不全的临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗缺血性心肌病左心功能不全的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的120例缺血性心肌病左心功能不全患者随机分为治疗组72例和对照组48例。对照组给予心功能不全常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD水平、6MWT及药物不良反应等。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%显著高于对照组78.33%,治疗后两组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、6MWT等指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD、6MWT等指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论磷酸肌酸钠能较好地改善缺血性心肌病患者心功能,提高患者生活质量,安全有效。Objective To observe the treatment of jschemic cardiomyopathy with left ventricular rdysfunction Phosphate Sodium clinical efficacy and safety.Methods 120 cases of ischemic cardiomyopathy and left ventricular dysfunction were randomly divided into. the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases in each. The control group was given cardiac insufficiency conventional therapy, the treatment group, the addition of phosphoric acid in the control group on the basis of muscle sodium treatment, 2.5g in 5% glucose injection 250ml, intravenous drip, 1 times/d, continuous treatment for 2 weeks.Observed changes of clinical efficacy in patients withLVEF, LVESD, LVEDD, 6MWT and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment group 91.67%was significantly higher than that in control group 78.33%, after treatment, the two groups LVEF, LVESD, LVEDD, 6MWT and bther indicators have improved, the improvement of the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients during treatment were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Phosphate Sodium can improve the cardiac function of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, improve the quality of life in patients with safe and effective.
