摘  要:目的明确白细胞介素33(IL-33)及IL-33受体(IL-33R)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病过程中的作用。方法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者和性别年龄匹配组对照人群血清IL-33表达水平,应用流式细胞方法检测外周血白细胞表面IL-33受体(IL-33R)表达水平。共检测140例SLE患者和140例正常对照者。参照美国风湿病学会1997年修订的标准判定SLE。结果 SLE患者血清IL-33表达水平明显高与正常对照者,显示出明显的相关性。各细胞亚群表面的IL-33R(ST2)表达水平在SLE和正常对照组中相似,在CD4+、CD14+和CD19+等细胞亚群内IL-33R表达没有显著差异,但SLE患者CD8+细胞亚群内IL-33R表达明显高于对照组。结论IL-33在系统性红斑狼疮发病过程中可能具有重要的作用。Objective Clarifying the role of IL-33 and its receptor IL-33R in the pathogenesis of human systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods ELISA method was used to detect serum IL-33 levels and IL-33R (ST2) expression levels on leukocytes were detected by Flow Cytometry. Expressions of IL-33 and IL-33R were detected in 140 SLE patients and 140 healthy controls. Results Serum IL-33 levels were significant higher in SLE patients than that in control, and SLE patients expressed significant higher IL-33R levels on CD8+ cells groups,however no differ-ence of IL-33R expression was found on CD4+ cells, CD14+ cells and CD19+cells groups. Conclu-sion IL-33 and its receptor may play an important role in thepathogenesis of lupus nephritis.
