4种ELISA试剂盒检测禽白血病病毒效率比较

摘　　要：对采集鸡蛋清、泄殖腔肛拭子以及蛋清或泄殖腔肛拭子检测阳性的鸡只之血清接种DF-1细胞的上清液,分别采用A、B、C、D 4种ELISA试剂盒进行ALV-P27抗原的3次试验检测。结果显示,A试剂盒的蛋清和病毒分离的敏感度最高,B试剂盒对肛拭敏感性最高。A试剂盒的3次试验检测的符合率都在87%以上,并且较稳定,结果可信度高;C试剂盒的符合率在79%以上,相对稳定;B和D试剂盒的符合率都不稳定。Four kinds of A,B,C and D commercial ELISA kits were used to detect the ALV-P27 antigen of different samples,albumin samples,cloacal swabs and the DF1 cell supernatants.The results indicated that A ELISA kits was the most sensitive to al-bumin samples and virus isolation,and B ELISA kit was the most sensitive to cloacal swabs.The A ELISA kit had the highest andmost stable coincidence Rate,and the consistent of detection rate in every test were 87%,which are more sensitive and precisethan B,C and D.
