布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法:选取武汉科技大学附属孝感医院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿110例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组患儿给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较治疗前后2组患儿血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及肺功能指标,观察2组患儿的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,2组患儿血清IL-4、IL-8和TNF-α水平均显著下降,且观察组较对照组下降更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿的肺功能指标均明显改善,且观察组较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率为94.5%(52/55),高于对照组的76.4%(42/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿和对照组患儿的不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效较好,安全性较高。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical effects of budesonide combined with montelukast in treatment of cough variant asthma in children.METHODS：110 children with cough variant asthma admitted into Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 55 cases in each.The control group were treated with budesonide in aerosol inhalation, while the observation group additionally received montelukast based on the control group.The serum IL-4, IL-8 , TNF-αand pulmonary function of both groups were compared.The clinical effects and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were observed.RESULTS：After treatment, the serum IL-4, IL-8, TNF-αlevel of two groups decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, the decent of observation group was more significant than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The pulmonary function of both groups improved, and the observation group was more was more significant than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 94.5%（52/55）, higher than that of control group 76.4%（ 42/55 ） , with statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ） .There was no statistical significance between two groups in incidence of adverse drug reactions （ P＆gt;0.05 ） .CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of budesonide combined with montelukast in treatment of cough variant asthma in children is significant.
