药源性肝损害患者的药学监护

摘　　要：目的:阐述临床药师在1例药源性肝损害患者治疗中的药学监护。方法:临床药师参与1例药源性肝损害患者交叉不良反应的分析和治疗方案的调整,协助医师选择合适的药物,指导患者合理用药。结果:临床药师参与制订个体化给药方案并进行药学监护,使患者的症状得到控制,减少了药品不良反应。结论:在临床治疗过程中,临床药师可结合药学专业特点,优化治疗方案,促进合理用药。pharmacists.METHODS：The clinical pharmacists participated in to the analysis of cross adverse drug reactions and adjustment of medication therapy of one patient with drug-induced liver injury, assisted the clinicians to select the appropriate drugs and guided the rational drug use in clinic.RESULTS：The participated in to the individualized drug administration and carried out the pharmaceutical care, which could the relief the symptoms of patients and reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.CONCLUSIONS：In the process of pharmaceutical care, the clinical pharmacists take advantage of their own pharmaceutical specialty to optimize medication therapy and promote the rational drug use.
