艾迪注射液辅助治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液联合含铂方案化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效,探讨其减轻化疗不良反应的作用。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年5月收治的158例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,以随机数字表法分为2组,其中对照组患者(78例)给予含铂方案化疗,治疗组患者(80例)在化疗基础上加用艾迪注射液。化疗周期结束后,对比观察2组患者的总有效率、T淋巴细胞亚群变化、化疗不良反应及生活质量。结果:治疗组患者的总有效率为43.75%(35/80),对照组为39.74%(31/78),2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者CD3^+、CD4^+水平明显高于对照组,CD8^+水平明显低于对照组,Ⅲ—Ⅳ级不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,生活质量评分提高率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗能够明显促进晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的免疫功能恢复,减轻化疗不良反应,改善生活质量。OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy of Aidi injections combined with platinum-based chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）,and to probe into its effects on relieve the adverse reactions of chemotherapy. METHODS： 158 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected to be divided two groups via the random number table. 78 patients in control group were given platinum-based chemotherapy,80 patients in observation group were additionally treated with Aidi injections based on the control group. After the chemotherapy cycle,the total effective rate,changes of T lymphocyte subsets,adverse reactions of chemotherapy and life quality of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 43. 75%（ 35 /80）,and control group was 39. 74%（ 31 /78）,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the level of CD3~＋,CD4~＋and life quality score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,while the level of CD8~＋and Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. CONLUSIONS： Aidi injections combined with platinum-based chemotherapy can significantly promote the recovery of immune function,relieve the adverse reactions and improve life quality.
