摘　　要：目的:探讨乌苯美司胶囊联合化疗对转移性结直肠癌患者骨髓抑制及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2012年1月—2015年1月湖北中医药大学附属襄阳市中医医院收治的转移性结直肠癌患者62例作为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组患者采用伊立替康-亚叶酸钙-氟尿嘧啶(FOLFIRI)标准化疗方案,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用乌苯美司胶囊。结果:2组患者的客观有效率和疾病控制稳定率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者骨髓抑制程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平及自然杀伤细胞活性均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌苯美司胶囊联合化疗治疗转移性结直肠癌,可提高化疗期间患者的免疫功能,减轻骨髓抑制作用,提高转移性结直肠癌治疗的近期疗效。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of Ubenimex capsules combined with chemotherapy on myelosuppression and immune function in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer. METHODS： 62 patients with metastatic colorectal cancer admitted into Xiangyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Traditional Chinese Medicine University from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 31 cases in each. The control group were given FOLFIRI standard chemotherapy,while the observation group were additionally treated with Ubenimex capsules based on the control group. RESULTS： The difference of total effective rate and disease control rate of two groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. The myelosuppression of observation group was better than that of control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The CD4＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋,NK cell activity in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Ubenimex capsules combined with chemotherapy in treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer can improve the immune function during chemotherapy,relieve the myelosuppression and improve the short-term efficacy of treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer.
