摘　　要：本文介绍了我院基于"军字一号"医院信息系统开发的预售卡收费系统的功能架构,主要包括批量发卡、刷卡支付、退卡、退费、过期结转和查询统计等。预售卡收费系统的使用不仅解决了单位监管医疗补贴款专款专用的难题,而且为医院开展了又一符合市场需求的健康医疗服务,带来了一定的经济效益和良好的社会效应,进一步提升了医院的数字化建设。This paper described the functional architecture of the pre-sale card toll system that was developed based on No.1 Military Medical Project Hospital Information System of the hospital, mainly including issuing cards in batch, payment by credit card, card withdrawal, refundment, expired carryover, query, statistics and so on. The system not only solved the problem in supervision of medical subsides for specified purposes, but also carried out another health service meeting market demands, which brought certain economic benefits and good social effects, and further promoted digital construction of the hospital.
