不换金正气散治疗溃疡性结肠炎31例

摘　　要：目的观察不换金正气散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法运用中医辨证论治原则组方治疗溃疡性结肠炎,持续治疗4周,并记录治疗前后主要症状情况及不良反应。结果治疗后总有效率为87.10%,患者中医症状总积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗过程中无不良反应。结论不换金正气散加味治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效肯定,能有效改善患者主要症状,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Buhuanjin Zhengqi powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods The study utilized the principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and patients were treated continuously for four weeks. The main symptoms and adverse reactions were recorded before and after the treatment.Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 87.10%, and TCM symptom total score was significantly 10wer than that before（P 0.01）. During the treatment, there were no adverse reactions. Conclusion Modified Buhuanjin Zhengqi powder in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has definitely curative effect, can effectively improve the main symptoms of patients, and has high safety.
