百癣夏塔热片联合复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察百癣夏塔热片联合复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法将78例寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例,对照组39例,治疗组采用口服百癣夏塔热片、复方珍珠暗疮片;对照组采用口服复方珍珠暗疮片;2组均口服多西环素片、外用阿达帕林凝胶;2组疗程均为6周。治疗组及对照组均于6周治疗周期后观察进行疗效评定。结果治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为92.31%和74.36%,2者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论百癣夏塔热片联合复方珍珠暗疮片治疗寻常型痤疮,疗效显著,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Baixian Xiatare tablet combined with compound Zhenzhu Anchuang tablet in treating acne vulgaris. Methods 78 cases of patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group（ 39 patients）and control group（39 patients）. The treatment group was treated by Baixian Xiatare tablet combined with compound Zhenzhu An.chuang tablet. The control group was treated by compound Zhenzhu Anchuang tablet. Meanwhile, two groups were given oral doxycy.cline and topical adapalene gel. All the courses were 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated for both groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.31 % and 74.36%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Baixian Xiatare tablet combined with compound Zhenzhu Anchuang tablet in treating acne vulgaris is safe and effective. It＇s worthy to be popularized.
