摘　　要：目的观察杨氏3A+疗法"椎五针"治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将86例颈性头痛患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组42例,其中治疗组采用杨氏3A+疗法"椎五针"治疗,对照组采用传统针刺疗法,两组均治疗一个疗程。结果治疗组治愈30例,显效9例,好转3例,总有效率95.5%,对照组治愈13例,显效9例,好转8例,总有效率71.4%;两组疗效比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+疗法"椎五针"治疗颈性眩晕效果明显优于传统针刺疗法,值得临床借鉴和推广使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂ Zhuiwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods 86 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group of 44 cases and control group of 42 cases. The patients in treatment group were treated with Yang＇s 3A＋ Therapy at ＂ Zhuiwuzhen＂ . The patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy. The two groups were treated for one course of treatment. Results In the treatment group, 30 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 95.5%. In the control group, 13 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 8 cases improved, and the total effective rate was 71.4%. The total effective of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂ Zhuiwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of cervical vertigo is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture combined with conventional massage therapy. It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
