活血化瘀汤配合心理护理干预颅脑损伤后综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药治疗配合护理干预对颅脑损伤后综合征患者心理状态的影响及临床疗效。方法选取76例颅脑损伤后综合征患者随机分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),对照组采用西药治疗,并给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用中药治疗配合心理护理,比较2组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及有效率。结果治疗6周后,2组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著下降,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的评分明显低于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的有效率为92.1%,明显高于对照组的76.3%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对颅脑损伤后综合征患者采用中药治疗配合护理干预的疗效显著,能够明显改善患者的心理状态,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To exp10re the effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention on the psycho.10gical status of patients with craniocerebral injury and the clinical effect. Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury after comprehensive syndrome were randomly divided into the observation group（ n = 38） and control group（ n =38）. The control group was treated by Western medicine, and was given routine nursing. The observation group adopted Chinese medicine combined with psycho10gical nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care. The anxiety, depression and effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, depression self rating scale（SDS） and anxiety self rating scale（SAS） score of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. After intervention, score of the observation group was significantly 10wer than that of the control group, and the difference had statistical signifi.cance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 92.1 % which was significantly higher than 76.3%of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine therapy combined with nursing intervention on the psycho10gical status of patients with craniocerebral injury had significantly curative ef.fect, and can significantly improve the psycho10gical state of patients. It is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
