自制用具中药熏洗加穴位按摩治疗鼻炎的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药熏洗加穴位按摩治疗急慢性鼻炎及治疗过程中使用自制熏洗用具的应用研究。方法根据对60例鼻炎患者随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组给予中药熏洗加迎香穴等穴位按摩治疗,治疗者均使用特制的熏洗用具,对照组给予中西药口服加静脉输液抗生素治疗,观察2组的治疗效果及患者使用熏洗用具的满意度。结果治疗组20例急性鼻炎患者治疗时间最短1周,最长2周,平均时间约1.5周,收到较好的治疗效果,减轻了病人的痛苦,治愈率95%,10例慢性鼻炎患者治疗时间最短4周,最长10周,平均时间约7周,治愈率80%。30例患者均使用中药熏洗用具,患者满意度100%。结论中药熏洗加迎香穴等穴按摩治疗急、慢性鼻炎,疗效显著,缩短了治疗时间,增加患者舒适度,减少患者因慢性病带了的精神痛苦和压力,使病人精神愉快,纠正病态心理,保持心理健康。中药熏洗过程中使用特制熏洗用具,能够提高患者满意度,能够舒适完成治疗,达到治疗目的。Objective To exp10re the application research on home.made utensils herbal fumigation and point massage in the treatment of rhinitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with rhinitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group applied Chinese medicine fumigation and Yingxiang point massage therapy, and all patients used special utensils.The control group was given oral Chinese and Western medicine and intravenous fluids antibiotics. The therapeutic effect and the satisfaction degree of the patients with fumigation wash utensils of two groups were observed. Results In the treatment group, the shortest treatment time was one week, and the 10ngest treatment time was two weeks in the 20 cases of acute rhinitis patient. The av.erage time of was about 1.5 weeks. The better therapeutic effect was obtained. It relieved the pain of the patient. The cure rate was95%. The shortest treatment time was four weeks, and the 10ngest treatment time was ten weeks in the 20 cases of acute rhinitis pa.tient. The average time of was about 7 weeks. The cure rate was 80 %. All 30 patients used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation appliance, and the satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Yingxiang point mas.sage treatment in the treatment of acute and chronic rhinitis had significant curative effect, shortened the treatment time, increased patient comfort, reduced spirit of patients with pain and pressure, made the patient spirit delectation, corrected morbid psycho10gy,and kept mental health. In the process of using special Chinese medicine fumigation utensils, it can improve patient ＇s satisfaction,complete the treatment comfortably, and obtained the purpose of treatment.
