摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,可累及多器官、多系统,其病因至今尚未完全明确。近年来雷公藤及其提取物作为治疗SLE重要药物的报道逐渐增多且效果明显。故文章对雷公藤治疗SLE的现状分析做以简述并加以展望,以期待雷公藤能更好的造福于SLE患者。Systemic lupus erythematosus（ SLE） is a chronic autoimmune disease, involving multiple organs and systems, and its principal theory is not yet completely clear. In recent years, as an important drug, tripterygium wilfordii＇s report in the treatment of SLE gradually increased, and the effect is obvious little by little. So the article made analysis of the status quo of tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of SLE and out10ok, in order to bring more benefit to the patients with SLE.
