经方在外科急腹症中的应用体会

摘　　要：本文通过大承气汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻、大柴胡汤治疗胆结石和胆囊炎、乌梅丸治疗胆道蛔虫病、大黄牡丹汤治疗阑尾周围脓肿、桃核承气汤治疗肾绞痛等5则急腹症验案,体会到经方应用时应辨证与辨病相结合、方证对应、慎重加减、早用经方,能进一步提高临床疗效。The article listed five acute abdomen cases. Through Dachen gqi decoction in treating adhesive intestinal obstruction,Dachaihu decoction in treating gallstones and cholecystitis, Wumei pills in treating biliary ascariasis, Dahuang Mudan decoction in treating periappendiceal abscess and Taohe Chengqi decoction in treating renal colic, the writer realized syndrome differentiation should combine with disease in the application of classical prescriptions, prescriptions should correspond to syndromes, and we should add and subtract carefully, and use classical prescription early to further improve the clinical curative effect.
