中医药疗法治疗宫内节育器致月经不调的研究

摘　　要：随着宫内节育器广泛应用,其所致月经不调的治疗得到了广泛的研究,中医和中西医结合治疗方法取得了良好的疗效,且不良反应发生率低,如宫血宁胶囊、致康胶囊、化瘀止血汤等,以及安冲汤加用西医疗法等。整理、探讨这些研究成果,为宫内节育器所致月经不调的治疗提供参考和借鉴,进一步提高疗效和减轻带器妇女的痛苦。With the widespread use of IUDs, the treatment of irregular menstruation caused by IUDs has been widely studied. Good effect and 10w incidence of adverse reactions were achieved by TCM and therapy of integrated medicine, as Gongxuening capsule,Zhikang capsule, Huayu Zhixue decoction and Anchong decoction with Western medicine, and so on. We sorted and discussed these studies results, in order to provide reference for the treatment of irregular menstruation caused by IUDs, and further to improve the effect and reduce the suffering of women.
