摘 要:目的建立白木香叶正丁醇部位HPLC指纹图谱,并进行方法学考察,为白木香叶的质量控制提供理论依据。方法采用HPLC分析方法,色谱柱为kromasil-C18,流动相:乙腈-0.3%磷酸缓冲盐梯度洗脱,固定流速:0.8 m L/min;检测波长:340 nm;柱温:25℃;进样量:10μL。结果在10份检测样品中,标示出13个共有峰,构成白木香叶指纹图谱。结论该方法准确可靠,所得指纹图谱共有模式可作为白木香叶质量控制的依据。Objective To deve10p an HPLC fingerprint in the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis and carry out methodo10gy investigation, and to provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis. Methods By HPLC analysis method, it was carried out on a kromasil.C18 column with an isocratic elution at a f10w rate of 0.8m L/min. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.3% H3PO4. The delection wavelength was 340 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. The sample volume was 10μL.Results In 10 samples, 13 peaks existed, which composed of fingerprint of leaves of Aquilaria sinensis. Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable. The common pattern of the fingerprint can be used as the basis for quality control of Aquilaria sinensis.
