摘　　要：舒郁胶囊是名老中医张珍玉教授研发的治疗抑郁症之肝郁气滞证的经方,由柴胡、白芍、香附、甘草组成。随着生活节奏的加快,抑郁情绪越来越多的影响到人类日常工作、学习和生活,因而揭示其发病机制显得尤为重要。近年来舒郁胶囊抗抑郁疗效已成研究热点,但其机制有待进一步揭示。本文试从其抗抑郁机制作一祥述,以期为抑郁症,PMS肝气郁症等以抑郁情绪为主病症提供临床诊治科学依据,造福广大患者。Shuyu capsule is a classical prescription b y Professor Zhang Zheyu in the treatment of depression of liver stagnation syndrome, including bupleurum, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Cyperi and Radix Glycyrrhizae. With the quickening pace of life,depression affects human daily work, study and life more and more, thus revealing the pathogenesis is particularly important. In recent years, the anti.depressant effect of Shuyu capsule has become a research hotspot, but the mechanism needs to be further revealed. This article tried to make a clear explanation of the mechanism, in order to provide the scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for depression and PMS liver stagnation syndrome for the benefit of the majority of patients.
