摘 要:研究结构胶黏剂在装载机驾驶室装饰罩黏结工艺中的应用,通过试验,分析西卡公司生产的Sika Fast-3123号结构胶黏剂在不同胶层厚度和不同老化条件下的黏结强度,确定黏结工艺的关键参数为胶层厚度和操作固化时间。试验结果表明:胶层厚度为0.2 mm时,黏结强度最强;操作固化时间推荐为30 min。对采用黏结新工艺制造的装载机驾驶室装饰罩进行等效实际工作时间48 843 h的可靠性振动模拟试验,无开裂等缺陷。实践证明,采用黏结新工艺生产的装载机驾驶室装饰罩外观良好,无因黏结开裂和外观质量而引发的质量反馈。It is a study on how to use assembly adhesives for decoration inside cab of a loader.In a test the SikaFast-3123 adhesive was analyzed of binding strength in various thickness of layer and under different aging conditions,before deciding that the critical data in binding should be thickness of the layer and curing duration.Test results show that given layer thickness 0.2 mm the binding strength will be best,and the curing duration should be recommended to be30 min.When the new binding process was adopted inside the cab a vibratory simulating test was done for reliability in a duration equal to 48 843 h actual operation and found no cracks or anything left to be desired.Practice has proven that such a new process can make a good outlook for the cab-coverage of a loader that there have been no customers complaints fed back for binding cracks or other issues from bad outlook quality.
