摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的改变,肥胖已经成为威胁人类健康的主要因素之一。而在对肥胖问题研究的过程中,人们逐渐认识到了维生素D与其的密切关系。本文将对维生素D与肥胖做一简要综述。With the improvement of people＇s living standard and the change of diet structure, obesity has become one of the main threats to human＇s health. In the process of the study of obesity, people come to realize that the relationship between serum vitamin D level and obesity. This article will make a brief summary of vitamin D and obesity.
