拜尔坦泡沫敷料联合慷舒灵凝胶治疗老年患者Ⅲ期压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨拜尔坦泡沫敷料联合慷舒灵凝胶治疗老年患者Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法:选取在我院进行治疗的Ⅲ期压疮老年患者50例作为研究对象,并以随机分组的方式将所有患者分成研究组和参照组,每组患者25例。给予参照组患者以常规的治疗压疮方式进行治疗,给予研究组患者应用拜尔坦泡沫敷料联合慷舒灵凝胶治疗。4周以后进行疗效观察并比较。结果:经过4周的治疗以后,研究获得的总体治疗有效率为96.00%,参照组有效率为80.00%,研究组明显高于参照组(P<0.05);并且对比压疮面的愈合时间,研究组明显少于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于治疗老年患者Ⅲ期压疮应用拜尔坦泡沫敷料联合慷舒灵凝胶的方式进行治疗,能够获得较理想的效果。并且能够有效地缩短创面愈合时间,加快康复进程,提升整体治疗有效率,因此,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the effect of foam dressing Bayer Tanzania combined Kangshuling gel in the treatment of elderly patients with stage Ⅲ bedsore, Methods： 50 cases of elderly patients with stage Ⅲpressure ulcer in our hospital were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, with 25 cases in each group. Reference group patients were treated with conventional treatment of pressure sore, while study group patients were treated Bayer Tan foam dressing combined with Kangshuling gel. After 4 weeks, the efficacy was observed and compared. Regults： After 4- week treatment, the total treatment effective rate was 96%, the reference group effective rate was 80,00%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; and comparison of pressure ulcer surface healing time, study group was significantly less than that of the reference group （P〈0.05）. Collusion： For the treatment of elderly patients with stage IIl pressure ulcers, using Bayer Tan foam dressing combined with generous Shu Ling gel can get ideal effect, and effectively shorten the wound healing time, accelerate the rehabilitation process, improve the efficiency of the overall treatment. Therefore, it is worth promoting the application.
