摘　　要：利用Cognex开发的Pat Max算法对PC主板内存卡槽、内存条、CPU进行采样处理,并结合机械手臂实现对PC主板在流水线上的自动装配。工业相机、机械手、扫码器和工控机等组成一个闭环视觉系统,借助In-Sight视觉系统具有的强大定位工具、图案匹配技术等优点结合机械手高自由度特点重点解决PC主板自动、安全、高效装配问题。The use of PatMax development of the Cognex algorithm on the PC motherboard memory card slot, memory chips, CPU sampling and processing, combined with the mechanical arm to achieve the PC main board on the assembly line of automatic assembly. Industrial camera, manipulator, sweeping decoder and computer etc. a closed-loop visual system, with sight system has powerful positioning tool, pattern matching technique combined with manipulator degrees of freedom of the key characteristics of solve the problem of automatic, safe and efficient assembly of PC motherboard.
