摘　　要：介绍了混凝土搅拌输送车搅拌筒滚道的工作原理,并分析焊缝开裂的原因,指出罐体和滚道结构在使用过程中的不足之处,寻找解决问题的对策与方案。通过分析,加强滚道处筒体及改进滚道结构可以有效改善滚道焊缝开裂问题。This paper introduces the working principle of mixing drum race,and analyses the cause of welding crack,pointing out that the current body structure and race structure in the use process deficiencies,looking for the measures and solutions to the problems.Through the analysis,the strengthening of raceway shell and the improvement of race structure can improve the race weld cracking problems.The plan in the concrete mixer has achieved good economic and social benefits.
