京津冀协同背景下河北省“菜篮子”建设展望  

Outlook of "Vegetable Basket" Construction in Hebei Province Based on the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

摘　　要：河北省是京津地区"菜篮子"产品的生产和供应基地。"十二五"以来,河北省"菜篮子"产品生产能力逐年提升,在京津市场所占比重逐年提高,然而河北省"菜篮子"建设中"菜篮子"产品"大而不强"、供给与需求结构性失衡以及保供给和环境污染矛盾突出等问题也不容忽视。基于以上分析,对"十三五"时期河北省"菜篮子"建设进行了展望,并提出了推动河北省"菜篮子"建设健康发展的相关建议。Hebei province is the base producing and supplying ＂vegetable basket＂ products for Beijing and Tianjin. Since the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, production capacity of ＂vegetable basket＂ products enhanced year by year in Hebei province, and share of ＂vegetable basket＂ products in markets of Beijing and Tianjin increased gradually. However, in the process of ＂vegetable basket＂ construction of Hebei province, some existing problems still could not be ignored such as ＂vegetable basket＂ products being ＂large but not strong＂, presenting structural imbalance between supply and demand, prominent contradictions between ensuring supply and polluting environment and so on. Based on the above analysis, ＂vegetable basket＂ construction of Hebei province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period was expected, and some relevant suggestions were put forward to promote the healthy development of ＂vegetable basket＂ construction in Hebei province.
