摘  要:对国内87台大中型循环流化床锅炉机组2014年的运行情况进行全面统计分析,包括可靠性、经济性和环保达标情况等。分析发现,循环流化床锅炉机组的大型化、高参数发展可以提高锅炉机组的可靠性、经济性和环保性等。其次,对烟气酸露点、三氧化硫含量等展开研究,进一步降低排烟温度提高锅炉机组的效率。另外,目前绝大多数的循环流化床锅炉机组可以在不额外投入脱硫、脱硝设备的前提下,通过调整、优化运行以及加强管理和监督等仍可以使其满足《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223—2011)的要求。The operation status of 87 medium-sized Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler units of China in 2014 have been conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis, including the reliabil- ity, economy and environmental protection. It is found that the large-scale, high-parameter can improve the reliability, economy and environmental protection of the Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler unit. As decreasing the temperature of flue gas is one of the most important meth- ods to improve the efficiency of boilers, the acid dew point and content of SO3 in flue gas should be further studied. Moreover, with no additional investment in desulfurization and denitrification, the majority of the Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler units can still meet the requirements of "Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants" (GB 13223- 2011) by adjusting and optimizing the operation, strengthening the management and supervi- slon
