摘  要:以牛源金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和牛源停乳链球菌(S.dysgalactiae)分离株为生产菌株制备了二联灭活菌苗,经无菌和安全检验合格后,背部皮下注射免疫小鼠。对免疫小鼠进行了血清抗体检测和攻击保护力检测。检测结果表明,免疫14d后小鼠抗体水平不断升高,滴度可达1∶24300。该二联菌苗免疫后对小鼠产生保护率为73%,高于金黄色葡萄球菌单独免疫组(60%),低于停乳链球菌单独免疫组(80%)。小鼠攻击保护力实验和抗体滴度的检测表明制备的乳腺炎二联灭活菌苗有良好的免疫保护作用。An inactive bivalent vaccine was prepared with bovine Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus dysgalactiae.After proving the sterility and safty,it was used to immunize mice by inoculating subcutaneously.The serum antibody of immunized mice and challenge protection were tested.The detection results indicated that after immunization for 14 d,the antibody level of mice continually increased,the titer could reach 1∶24300.After immunity,bivalent inactivated vaccine protective efficiency reached 73%,and were higher than Staphylococcus aureus by 60%,and lower than Streptococcus dysgalactiae by 80%,the detection of the experiment of challenge protection of mice and antibody titer showed that the prepared mastitis bivalent inactivated vaccine could provide better protection against the infection of S.aures and S.dysgalactiae.
