摘　　要：建国前后农村落后的医疗卫生状况、城乡比例失衡的资源配置、不对等的医疗保健制度以及国家领导人对农村卫生事业的重视，推动了卫生支农工作的开展。卫生支农工作的贯彻执行使得广大农民的病痛得到救治，基层医疗设施逐渐完备，卫生人员的业务水平、服务态度及人员数量得到提高与扩充。城乡之间的差别，隔阂也逐渐减小。本文拟对卫生支农工作的兴起、开展以及成效进行探析。通过对这一历史的回顾，进而更好地审视当下的卫生支农工作及“卫生、文化、科技”三下乡活动的开展。The health work in agriculture developed at the founding of New China. It is based on thebackward rural medical, health conditions and unequal health care system. National leaders＂ stressedon rural health and promoted health support work. The work of Health support agriculture helpedfarmers to relieve pain and enhanced primary health care facilities. From the prospective of the doc-tors, it enhanced their capacity, quantity and service attitude. The gap between urban and rural wasgradually reduced. This paper will probe into the rise, implementation and the effectiveness of thisconduct. Conducted by review of this history, we can better examine the current work of health workin agriculture and three rural activities ＂health, culture, science and technology＂.
