摘 要:目的探讨反馈式健康教育对脑出血术后患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法根据入院时间将脑出血术后患者分为两组,2015年1~6月收治的113例患者为对照组,2015年7~12月收治的102例患者为干预组。对照组采用常规健康教育方法指导患者行肢体功能锻炼;干预组采用反馈式健康教育方法指导患者行肢体功能锻炼,即进行健康教育后由患者复述主要内容。出院前1d评价两组患者功能锻炼依从性、Fugl-Meyer运功功能评分。结果出院前1d干预组功能锻炼依从性和Fugl-Meyer运功功能评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论反馈式健康教育方法能有效提高脑出血术后患者功能锻炼的依从性,促进肢体运动功能康复。Objective To explore the effects of teach back health education on recovery of limb function in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Totally 113 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted between January and June of 2015 were selected as the control group, while 102 patients admitted during the following half year were chosen as the intervention group. Both groups were given routine functional rehabilitation exercises and health education, while the intervention group was additionally asked to retell the contents after health education. One day before their discharge, both groups were evaluated and compared regarding their compliance in exercises and Fugl Meyer assessment scores. Results The measurements of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P^0.01 for both). Conclusion Teach-back health education can ef- fectively improve the compliance of functional exercise and promote recovery of motor function of postoperative patients with cere- bral hemorrhage.
