摘 要:目的了解住院患者对护理服务多维度感受情况,并分析相关影响因素,为优化护理服务质量提供参考。方法采用自行设计问卷调查3所三级甲等医院286例住院患者对护理服务多维度感受情况。结果住院患者对护理报务的总体感受得分为36.70±8.70,不同年龄患者对业务能力、人际支持、可信性、个体性及总体感受评价,不同文化程度患者对人际支持评价以及不同护理级别患者对病区管理、人际支持、及时性及总体感受评价存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中≥60岁、文盲及三级护理患者与相应属性患者相比,总体感受评价均较差。多重线性回归分析显示护理级别是患者对病区管理、人际支持及总体感受评价的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论住院患者对护理服务各维度感受较好,其总体感受主要受护理级别的影响。临床护理工作中在注重患者个人属性的基础上,应不断完善护理分级,满足不同护理级别患者的需求,提高护理服务质量。Objective To probe into multi-dimensional feelings of hospitalized patients towards nursing care, analyze the influencing factors, and provide references for enhancement of nursing service quality. Methods A total of 286 hospitalized patients from 3 tertiary hospitals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire concerning multi-dimensional feelings towards nursing care. Re- sults Hospitalized patientstoverall feeling towards nursing care scored 36.70±8.70. Patients at different age groups had different feelings about nurses professional competence, interpersonal support, credibility, individuality and overall impression; patients at different educational degree levels had different feelings about interpersonal support; and those at different levels of care had different feelings about ward management, interpersonal support, timeliness, and overall impression (P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ), with those 60 years and older, those illiterate, and those at the third level of care, had poorer overall impression. Multiple linear regres- sion analysis showed that levels of care could predict patients' feelings about ward management, interpersonal support, and overall impression (P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Hospitalized patients have good feelings about all dimensions of nursing service, and their overall impression is mainly under the influence of levels of care. By respecting patients' personal attributes, nurses should try to constantly better the grading system of nursing care, meet the needs of patients at different levels of care, and improve the quality of nursing service.
