摘　　要：目的分析鳃裂囊肿的声像图特点,探讨超声检查在鳃裂囊肿中的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析19例经手术和病理证实的鳃裂囊肿的高频超声图像特点。结果 19例鳃裂囊肿均为类圆形或椭圆形,囊壁多清晰,厚薄不均,内透声表现不一。超声诊断符合率为68.2%(13例)。结论鳃裂囊肿发病部位较典型,加深对鳃裂囊肿声像图的认识有助于提高诊断准确率。Objective To explore the diagnostic and differential diagnosis value of branchial cleft cyst with analyzing the feature of ultrasonogram. Methods High-frequency ultrasonic manifestations of 19 cases of branchial cleft cysts which were confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 19 cases of branchial cleft cyst were all oval or similar round shape, the wall of the branchial cleft cysts were almost distinct, the thickness of the cyst wall was thick or thin, the echolucent of the cysts manifested differ. The diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound was 68.2% （ 13 cases ）. Conclusion The branchial cleft cyst sites in their classical location, enhance the cognition of the ultrasonogram in branchial cleft cyst helps to increase the diagnostic accordance rate..
