摘 要:目的探讨不同采血方法在血常规的相关检验中的应用价值。方法收集2015年4月至2016年4月医院进行血常规检查的100例患者,对所有患者均行静脉及末梢采血,静脉采血样本数据作为A组数据,末梢采血样本数据作为B组数据,比较A,B组血常规数据。结果 A组RBC,MCV,MCHC,PLT检测水平显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组HCT,MCH检测水平显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组WBC检测水平显著低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组血常规各项检测结果 CV水平与B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉采血方法具有比较好的稳定性及准确度,可避免各种因素对血常规检测结果的干扰,具有借鉴意义。Objective The application value of different blood collection methods on blood related inspection in. Conclusion Venous sampling method has better stability and accuracy, can avoid the interference of various factors on the detection results of blood routine, with reference significance.
