摘 要:研究双馈风力机(DFIG)短路后转子电流增长与机组端电压跌落幅值之间的关系,提出一种能够表征Crowbar保护动作情况的电压跌落判据;在此基础上,考虑到单机无穷大并网结构和风电场拓扑结构的不同,对所提动作判据进行修正并依此判定Crowbar动作情况;继而,以Crowbar保护动作情况为机群分类原则,建立风电场等值模型;使用DIg SILENT Power Factory搭建实际风电场并进行计算分析,与传统等值模型和详细模型对比,验证所提方法的有效性。The relationship between the growth of rotor current and the magnitude of terminal voltage dip is studied through analyzing on the rotor current characteristics of DFIG during the fault process. Then, the voltage dip criterion which can characterize the activation of Crowbar protection is proposed. Considering the differences between infinite grid connection structure for single DFIG and wind farm topology, the criterion is revised and the activation of Crowbar protection is judged depend on the revised criterion. Furthermore, the aggregation model of wind farm is established based on the division principle of the activation of Crowbar protection. Finally, the electromechanical transient model of wind farm is simulated on DIgSILENT PowerFactory platform and the results are compared to that of the traditional equivalent model and detailed model. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the method for equivalent modeling of DFIG-based wind farm.
