供给侧结构性改革背景下对民营出版业的思考

摘　　要：供给侧结构性改革是当前转变我国经济改革增长方式、提高全要素生产率的新思路,它对我国出版业改革具有指导意义。出版物中无效供给太多,受众的有效需求不能得到充分满足,是制约我国出版业发展的结构性问题。给予民营出版业平等的出版资格,充分释放其供给潜能,并形成一个有效的竞争机制,是推进供给侧改革的可行选择。新机制下,供给侧资源将流向优质企业,国有出版业和民营出版业在争取资源中各擅胜场,在相互竞争中共同进步,以推动我国走向出版强国。The supply-side structural reform is the new idea for China to transform economic growth pattern and improve total factor productivity, and it also has directive significance to the reform in the publishing industry. Overproduction of ineffective supply which can＇t meet effective demand is the main structural problem in China＇s publishing industry. It is a viable option to give private publishing industry the equal publishing qualifications, which can fully release their potential, and form effective competitive mechanism. Under the new mechanism, the supply-side resources will flow to high quality enterprises; the state-owned publishing industry and the private publishing industry will tap their respective advantages and achieve common progress, turning China to a powerful publisher.
