摘　　要：20世纪50年代以来,我国台湾地区的盗版活动十分猖獗,图书、影视、唱片、软件等几乎无所不盗。20世纪90年代中后期,台湾地区逐渐加大了知识产权保护力度,并通过持续不断的教育宣传,在广大民众中形成了知识产权保护非正式制度,从而与知识产权保护正式制度相得益彰,共同促使台湾地区盗版率下降,提升了台湾民众的知识产权保护意识。Since the 1950s, piracy was rampant in Taiwan which involves books, videos, albums, and softwares etc. In the late 1990s, Taiwan gradually reinforced the IPR protection. Through continuous education and propaganda, the informal institution of IPR protection was established in the general public, with which the formal institution of IPR protection complements each other. They jointly decrease piracy rate and enhance the public awareness of IPR protection in Taiwan.
