摘  要:为解决工作面采动应力影响范围内动压巷道的支护难题,采用数值模拟和现场监测相结合的研究手段,分析采动应力影响范围和分布规律,得出了东滩煤矿深部综放工作面沿空巷道超前支承压力影响范围宽为45-68 m;榆神矿区坚硬完整围岩大断面巷道超前影响距离为20-30 m,相对剧烈影响段在20 m内。提出"低初撑、高工阻"非等强耦合支护理念和超前支护设计原理,并采取凹凸型顶梁结构、增大移架步距、带压擦顶移架、交替迈步自移、增设调架机构等措施,使超前加强支护系统与锚网索支护系统相匹配,实现超前支护系统与围岩强度耦合、结构耦合以及稳定性耦合,增强系统适应性,达到协同支护的目的。同时,研制出适应不同开采技术条件、不同开采方式的一系列超前液压支架,并在多个矿区推广应用,取得了良好使用效果。In order to solve the support problems of the dynamic gateway within the mining stress influence scope of the coal mining face, the numerical simulation and the site monitoring and measuring combined study means were applied to analyze the mining stress influence scope and distribution law.The influence scope of the advance support pressure measured in the gateway retained along the goaf of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in the deep section of Dongtan Mine, was 45 - 68 m.The advance influence distance of the large cross section roadway with the hard completed surrounding rock in Yushen Mining Area was 20-30 m and the relative serious influence section were within 20 m.A low initial support and high working resistance,non equal strength coupling support idea and advance support design principle and method were provided.With the concave-convex beam structure, the increased step distance of the powered support moved forward, the powered support moved forward with the pressurized and frictional canopy, alternative walking moved forward, added powered supports adjusting mechanism and other measures, the advance enhanced support system and the bolt-steel mesh-anchor support system could be fitted, thus could realize the strength coupling with the surrounding rock, the structure coupling and the stability coupling, the system suitability could be enhanced and the coordinative support target could be reached.A series of the advance hydraulic powered support was researched and developed to suit different mining technical condition and different mining method and were promoted and ap- plied to several mining areas with excellent application results.
