摘 要:为解决大断面交岔点掘进跨度大、支护困难、施工速度慢、工期紧张等问题,通过分析交岔点煤柱的应力极限平衡状态和炮掘对围岩的扰动程度,提出采用EBZ200综掘机正台阶式快速掘支成巷的施工方案。以王家岭矿北辅助运输大巷掘进工作面为例,采用这种方法,先施工扩大点向斜巷掘进拱基线以上的部分,落矸后及时护顶,掘进到设计位置后,再掘进拱基线以下的部分,成型后逐步扩大和挑高断面,最后进行支护和喷浆;斜巷掘进到位后转向直巷用相同工艺掘进。结果表明,综掘机在4天内快速掘支成型交岔点大断面巷道,这项技术既提高了巷道交岔点的掘进速度,也克服了因应力叠加窄煤柱不易支护的困难,为巷道交岔点的机械化作业提供了参考依据。In order to solve the long heading span,support difficulty,slow construction speed,insufficient construction period and other problems of the large cross section intersection in the mine roadway,with the analysis on the stress limit balance status of the coal pillar at the intersection and the disturbance degree of the drilling and blasting heading to the surrounding rock,a construction plan of the forward branch rapid heading and support with EBZ200 fully-mechanized roadheader was provided. Taking a heading face of the north auxiliary transportation roadway in Wangjialing Mine as a case,the construction method was applied firstly to the top section of the heading arch base line in the mine inclined roadway at the reaming section of the mine roadway. After the blasting of the rock,the roof of roadway should be timely supported. When the heading operation reached to the designed location,the bottom section below the arch base line of the mine roadway would be excavated. After the profile completed,the cross section would be reamed and the top section would be excavated. Finally,the support and shotcreting would be conducted. After the inclined roadway heading completed,the same technical heading would be applied to the mine horizontal roadway. The results showed that,within four days,the mechanized roadheader was successfully applied to rapidly excavate and support the large cross section roadway at the intersection. The technology could not only improve the heading speed at the cross section of the intersection,but also overcome the difficult support of the stress superposition and narrow coal pillar and could provide the reference basis to the mechanized operation at the intersection of the mine roadway.
