摘 要:现代空间钢结构形式多样、受力复杂、规模庞大,采用何种成本合理、安全可靠的施工方法实现其建造十分关键.介绍了空间钢结构施工的典型特点,对目前在空间钢结构施工中应用较多的滑移等、提升、张拉整体成形、累积旋转、整体起扳及折叠展开成形等施工方法的工作原理、适用范围和结构形式等进行了分析.空间钢结构施工不仅要确保施工过程的每一个状态下构件强度不超标和结构整体稳定可靠,同时还应将施工在结构构件中产生的附加内力或残余应力控制在较低的合理水平.Modern steel spatial structure has the characteristics of various forms,complexity of stress and large scale.It is very important to choose a cost-effective,safe and reliable construction method to achieve its construction.This paper introduces typical characteristics of steel spatial structure construction,and discusses the working principle,applicable scope and structural form for commonly used construction method of streel spatial structures,including sliding method,lifting method,tensegrity forming method,cumulative rotating method,integral pulling method and deployable forming method.The following conclusions are obtained.On one hand,the construction of steel spatial structure should ensure that the strength of the components in structure is not exceeded and the structure is stable and safe.On the other hand,additional internal forces and residual stresses of components in structure should be controlled at a reasonable and low level during the construction process.
