糖脂平汤治疗糖尿病伴血脂异常61例

摘　　要：目的观察糖脂平汤治疗糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月糖尿病伴血脂异常患者。经纳入标准选取纳入患者132例,随机分为对照组(口服辛伐他汀,睡前服用,10 mg/次,1次/d)和治疗组(在常规治疗基础上给予糖脂平汤),各61例。2组均治疗12周,而后观察2组治疗前后主要血脂指标的变化情况,根据疗效诊断标准评价疗效。结果 2组治疗前血脂各指标相比较无显著差异,2组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C与治疗前相比均显著改善(P<0.05),而治疗组其各个指标的治疗后改善幅度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率为91.80%(56/61),对照组中的的治疗有效率为70.49%(43/61)。治疗组与对照组比较治疗疗效具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予糖脂平汤可以改善糖尿病伴血脂异常,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tangzhiping decoction in the treatment of diabetic patients with dyslipidemia.Methods Selecting 132 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015, through the inclusion criteria, they were randomly divided into control group（oral simvastatin, bedtime, 10mg/ times, 1 times /d） and treat-ment group（oral Tangzhiping decoction on the basis of routine treatment）, with 61 cases in each group. Two groups were treated for12 weeks, and then the changes of the main blood lipid indexes before and after treatment in two groups were observed. The curative effect according to the diagnostic criteria was evaluated. Results The blood lipid indexes of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference. After treatment, the TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C and before treatment of the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈 0.05）, and the various indicators after treatment of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group（P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.80%（56/61）, and the effective rate of the control group was70.49%（ 43/61）. The curative effect between the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Tangzhiping decoction can improve diabetic dyslipidemia, and is worthy of promotion.
