丁樱教授中西医结合治疗肾病黄精的妙用

摘　　要：在肾病、尤其是难治性肾病或肾炎的治疗中常须联合免疫抑制剂,在这一过程中易导致患儿外周血白细胞下降,严重者可使患儿免疫力下降而感染各种致病菌,从而使肾病病程缠绵、反复难愈。丁樱教授在长期的临床工作中善用黄精来拮抗这一副作用,并临床观察疗效显著。In the treatment of kidney disease, especially the persistent nephrotic syndrome or nephritis, the immune inhibitors are needed. In this process, immunosuppressant easily leads to the decrease of the peripheral blood leokocytes, and seriously can make children immune suppression and a variety of pathogenic bacteria infection, so kidney disease progression lingering, painless repeatedly. Professor Ding Ying makes good use of rhizoma polygonatiopen to antagonize the side effects in the long-term clinical work, and the clinical observation curative effect is distinct.
