银甲丸联合火针治疗慢性盆腔炎疼痛46例

摘　　要：目的探讨银甲丸内服联合火针治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎所致慢性疼痛的临床疗效。方法选择临床确诊为慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型患者100例,随机分为2组,治疗组予银甲丸内服联合火针治疗,对照组单纯予以银甲丸治疗,比较2组治疗前后症状改善情况。治疗后3个月随访2组患者盆腔疼痛的复发情况并进行对比分析。结果治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组临床症状和体征改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月治疗组复发率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银甲丸内服联合火针治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎患者可以获得良好的效果,显著改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应少,复发率降低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinjia pill oral administration and ignipuncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation pain caused by damp heat and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis syndrome type were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Yinjia pill oral administration and ignipuncture therapy. The control group was given Yinjia pill oral administration. Symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate of the the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical significance（ P 0.05）. The improvement on clinical symptoms and signs of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（ P 0.05）. After three mouths＇ treatment, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was less than that of the control group. Conclusion Yinjia pill oral administration combined with ignipuncture in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients can obtain good effect, sig-nificantly improved patient＇s clinical symptoms, and had less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
