MTA1在腹壁子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MTA1在腹壁子宫内膜异位症中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集50例腹壁子宫内膜异位症患者的在位组织、异位组织和正常子宫内膜手术切除标本,常规石蜡包埋后切片,应用免疫组化SP法检测MTA1在不同组织中的表达水平。结果 MTA1阳性表达率在在位内膜中为76.00%,异位内膜中为64.00%,正常内膜中为22.00%。不同组织中的表达存在明显差异(P<0.001),MTA1阳性表达率与不同组织类型有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、BMI及月经周期无关(P>0.05)。结论 MTA1蛋白在子宫内膜异位症内膜组织中呈高表达,可作为诊断子宫内膜异位症的有用指标。Objective To explore the expression of metastasis associated gene 1 in ectopic endometrium of endometriosis. Methods In 50 patients with endometriosis, paraffin-embedded sections of eetopie endometrium, eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium were collected, the expression of MTA1 were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The positive rate of MTA1 in eutopie endometrium of endometriosis and eetopic endometrium was 76% and 64 % respectively, while that in normal tissues was 22%. There was a statistical significance in the expression of MTA1 between normal and abnormal endomelrium （all P〈0.001）. Conclusion MTA1 protein is highly expressed in ectopie endometrium of endometriosis, and may be used as a useful indicator to diagnose endometriosis.
