摘　　要：目的分析2013—2014年广西部分介入放射工作人员职业性外照射个人剂量监测情况和存在的问题。方法选取广西3个地市的介入放射工作人员为调查对象,采用Li F(Mg,Cu,P)热释光个人剂量计(TLD),按照GBZ 128-2002《职业性外照射个人剂量监测规范》的要求,定期对介入放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测。结果 2013—2014年监测的介入放射工作人员总数为1 038人,人均年有效剂量分别为0.45和0.51 m Sv/a,年有效剂量小于5 m Sv/a的人数占监测总人数的比例分别为98.8%和98.2%,监测结果中未出现超过20 m Sv/a的介入放射工作人员。结论 2013—2014年广西介入放射工作人员个人剂量水平较低,提高介入放射工作人员防护意识,加强防护管理和改善放射工作环境,可进一步有效降低剂量水平。[Objective]To investigate the monitoring status of personal dose of occupational external exposure among some interventional radiology workers in Guangxi from 2013-2014,analyze existing problems.[Methods]The interventional radiology workers were collected from 3 cities in Guangxi. Thermo Luminescence Dosimetry（TLD） of Li F（Mg,Cu,P） was applied to regularly detect the personal dose of occupational external exposure among interventional radiology workers according to the Specification for personal dose monitoring of occupational external exposure（GBZ 128-2002）.[Results]Totally 1 038 interventional radiology workers were monitored from 2013-2014,and the average annual effective dose was 0.45 m Sv/a and 0.51 m Sv/a respectively. The workers whose annual effective dose was lower than 5 m Sv/a accounted for 98.8%% and 98.2% of total workers respectively. There was no worker with the individual dose over 20 m Sv/a.[Conclusion]The individual dose level of interventional radiology workers is low Guangxi from 2013-2014. It is important to the protection awareness of interventional radiology workers,strengthen protection management and improve the radiation working environment,to effectively reduce the individual dose level.
