摘 要:基于有限体积法,建立了直通道、V形通道和U形通道3种不同结构的液滴式微混合器模型,并采用流体体积函数(VOF)和用户自定义标量方程(UDS)模型模拟微混合器的混合过程。模拟结果表明,在经过10 ms混合之后V形微通道的混合效果最好,混合度高达99.5%,但其单位长度消耗的能量最多;U形和V形微混合器均利用弯道对液滴内部造成扰动,从而促进混合并且明显提升了混合效率;直通道微混合器仅靠扩散作用进行混合,混合效率低。In this paper,micromixer models with three different structures,namely straight channel,U shaped and V shaped micromixers,have been built based on the finite volume method.The volume of fluid( VOF) model and user defined scalar( UDS) model were used to simulate the mixing process in the micromixers.Simulation results showed that the mixing effect in the V-shaped micromixer is the best and the mixing degree can reach 99.5% after10 ms of mixing,but the energy consumption per unit length in the micromixer is also the highest.Both the Ushaped micromixer and the V-shaped micromixer use a bent micro-channel to cause disturbance in the droplet,so the mixing effect is promoted and the mixing efficiency is also significantly improved.In contrast,the straight channel micromixer involves only mixing by diffusion,and the mixing efficiency is low.
